These terms govern your use of the Olinbuy website (olinbuy.com) and any purchase you make with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once payment (or the COD advance) is received and stock is verified. We reserve the right to cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
COD orders require a 20% advance payment via Razorpay to confirm the order. This helps us keep COD available for genuine buyers. See Payment Methods & COD for the full policy, including the RTO charge on cancelled COD orders (returns and exchanges are free).
We do our best to display accurate colours, sizing, and descriptions, but slight variations (screen display, batch dyeing, packaging updates) can occur and are not considered defects.

Yes, until the order is shipped. Open My Account → Order History, choose the order and tap Cancel Order; the refund goes back to your original payment method automatically, within 1–5 business days. Shipping and other service charges are not refundable, and a ₹99 RTO charge applies to cancelled Cash on Delivery orders. Once an order is dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Yes, on eligible orders. To confirm a COD order you pay a 20% advance online through Razorpay, and the rest in cash when the order arrives.
Request a return within 3 days of delivery from My Account → Order History (or on WhatsApp). Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags. There is no charge for a return or an exchange. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 1–5 business days to your original payment method through Razorpay. The time your bank takes to show the credit may vary.

We want you to be happy with what you've ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for return.
Log in, open My Account → Order History, choose the delivered order and tap Request Return with the reason. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +91 75085 09080 with your Order ID and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Once a returned item is received and checked and the refund is approved, it is processed within 1–5 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay (the time your bank takes to show the credit may vary). The full product amount is refunded — there is no charge for returns or exchanges, on prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders alike. Shipping and other service charges are not refundable.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from My Account → Order History (or by messaging us on WhatsApp). When a Cash on Delivery order is cancelled, or not accepted at delivery, a ₹99 RTO charge applies and the delivery charge and COD fee are not refunded; the rest of the advance is refunded. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
